Extensive Capacity
After evaluating the various available concepts and technologies we have chosen for a MaxFoam Machine from Laader Berg, which enables us to use various technologies within the same foaming machine. With a capacity of 25,000 metric tons or 25 Million kilograms of foam it has made us the largest single plant production facility in SEA.
Continuous Improvement
Important is continuous training and improvement; when we get a request from a customer to make foam, the first thing we do is engage with the customer to understand the function of the foam in their manufacturing process and end-products. It enables us to focus on the right physical properties of the PU foam. We learn from their manufacturing process to transfer the right quality parameters into the foam development process.
Excellent Quality
To make sure our quality is consistent we measure all our foam production. Each batch will be tested at 7 different quality parameters. Every customer question can then be adequately answered. Each process is well described and detailed in such a manner that we can use it to train our teams.
