King Global Incorporate started operations in 2019 and has grown to be the largest Thailand based polyurethane foam company. Build on our own industrial estate of 280,000 square meter we have a capacity to produce 25,000 metric tons of flexible polyurethane foam per year. The flexible slabstock foam production is managed using a state-of-the-art automated system, ensuring a constant high-quality output. King Global has the expertise and flexibility to develop and produce polyether foams to a customer’s specific requirement for various industries such as furniture & bedding, acoustic & thermal insulation, textile lamination and automotive. A highly advanced laboratory and our technical expertise ensure that product quality can be tested according to all relevant standards as well as placing King Global as a leader in the development of custom foam products.
Producing polyurethane foam has been around for a long time. Since the initial development by Bayer in Germany, the commercial production of polyether polyurethanes as we produce today, has started somewhere in 1956. Since then the producing technology has evolved enormously and can hardly be compared with the technology from that era.
